MOBILE DEVICE SERVICE ACCESS
We may request access or permission to use Bluetooth, geo-location services and push notification services on your device. The Application use Bluetooth to connect to elevators. Geo-location might be used to determine the location of an elevator. Push is used to receive one time log in codes.
If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your deviceâs settings.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Below we describe what data we might collect when you use the application.
Account Information
User accounts are created by administrators of the system and contains the following personal information:
– User name
– Email (optional)
– Region
By logging in to an account you accept this data being linked to you.
Geo-Location Information
Your geo-location at a certain time might be collected when:
– You connect and interact with an elevator at a known location via Bluetooth.
– You connect via Bluetooth and define a location for an elevator. In this situation you need to grant access or permission to location-based information from your mobile device.
WHY WE COLLECT THEÂ INFORMATION
Collected information is used for system functionalities and to offer improved products and services.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
The collected information is shared among the users of the system. Note that you can control how your account information is associated with the information via the privacy settings in the app.
We may share the information mentioned above with our business partners.
ANALYTICS
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect information about usage of the application. The collected data is shared with Google products and services and is used to offer improved products and services. We do not explicitly feed Firebase with any account data.
